- Return Timeframe: You may return the purchased gemstone within 3 working days of receiving it. The 3-day period commences from the date of delivery as per the tracking information.
- Condition of the Item: The gemstone must be returned in the exact condition in which it was sent. It should be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Refund Eligibility: Upon receiving the returned gemstone and inspecting it for compliance with our return policy, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be equivalent to the total purchase price paid for the gemstone, including any applicable taxes.
- Return Postage Requirements: The return postage must be identical to the original shipping method used by us. It should be trackable and registered to ensure safe and secure delivery. Please note that the cost of return postage shall be borne by the buyer.
- Tracking and Registration: As the buyer, it is your responsibility to ensure that the returned item is shipped with a trackable and registered service (minimum). This will help in confirming the successful delivery of the item back to us.
- Condition of Refund Release: The refund will be processed once we receive the returned gemstone and verify that it is in its original condition as per the guidelines mentioned above.

a) Items returned after the specified 3-day return period unless prior approval has been arranged.
b) Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
c) Items that were not returned in their original packaging or equivalent undamaged packaging. d) Items lost or damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging or mishandling.
